FILTERS
We process, mix and grind different types of tobacco to achieve a balanced taste and aroma.
The factory produces cigarettes and cigarillos in various formats: King Size, Compact and Super Slims. Innovative technologies ensure high profitability of the business and its continuous development.
We have our own production of acetate filter. We also use the latest turbo filter, carbon acetate filter, and filters with flavor capsules for our product production.
PAPER
CIGARETTES PACKAGING
CONTROL
We use linen and cellulose cigarette paper, as well as several types of cigar paper, which includes reconstituted tobacco. In addition to standard rim paper, various flavor combinations are used.
The factory is equipped with modern packaging lines, which allows to produce packs of cigarettes of different formats: RC and standard, and also packages with a possibility of packing 2, 5, 10, 20 and 25 sticks in a pack.
Each stage of production goes through certified quality control.

VIRGINIA
This type of tobacco was named after the American state, even though it was first grown in North Carolina. It cultivates in USA, Brazil, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Thailand, China, Japan and others.

It is dried by the pipe-fire «Flue-curing» method indoors for 6-10 days, depending on the country of origin.

BURLEY
Burley is dried by the method «Air Curing». Tobacco is hung in a well-ventilated areas for 60-90 days, depending on weather conditions.

Burley has a lower sugar content than other varieties. It is cultivated in the countries such as: USA, Brazil, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, Thailand, China, Japan and others.

ORIENTAL
Oriental is well known as cultivated only in hot and dry climate. That's why an oily-waxy layer is formed on the tobacco leaves surface, which after drying and rapid fermentation is converted into essential oils.

Thanks to them the tobacco becomes very fragrant.
It is cultivated in the Mediterranean region (Turkey, Greece, Macedonia), Central and Southeast Asia. It is dried by open «Sun Curing» method for 6-10 days depending on weather conditions.
