After receiving your resume recruitment manager evaluates your profile and experience regarding the necessary requirements for the vacancy currently open. Unless otherwise is stated, we evaluate applications within two weeks after the deadline for filing the application and provide feedback via email or by calling.
Further recruitment manager may request one or more interviews. Depending on the position you have applied for, interviews may cover questions about your experience, motivation, personal qualities, and expectations of the employer.
If after the interview stage both stakeholders are ready to continue communication, one of the stages of recruitment may be a practical task or a test from the employer that will relate to your professional skills.
After completion of the task evaluation process and your answers during the interview, one or more applicants will be offered a job. The recruitment manager will call you and provide with a detailed step-by-step hiring process for our company.
